Posebno je ugro\u017eeno 1% hidroizolacijskih podru\u010dja koja uklju\u010duju prijelaze, prodore i spojne detalje &#8211; posebno prodore cijevi. <\/strong><strong>Ovaj tehni\u010dki \u010dlanak obja\u0161njava osnove hidroizolacije zgrada prema \u00d6NORM B 3692 i DIN 18533, opisuje tipi\u010dne mehanizme o\u0161te\u0107enja i pokazuje kako moderna rje\u0161enja poput serije HL800 i HL804H omogu\u0107uju sigurna, standardizirana i predvidljiva rje\u0161enja za brtvljenje prodora cijevi. <\/strong><strong>Tako da krajnji rezultat ne bude kaos, ve\u0107 tehni\u010dki ispravna simfonija. <\/strong><\/p><h3><strong>Za\u0161to hidroizolacija odre\u0111uje uspjeh zgrade<\/strong><\/h3><p>Voda je sveprisutna u gra\u0111evinarstvu i istovremeno jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih uzroka strukturnih o\u0161te\u0107enja. Do 50% svih nedostataka u zgradama mo\u017ee se izravno ili neizravno pripisati vlazi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.derstandard.at\/story\/2343788\/bauschaeden-von-180-millionen-euro-jaehrlich\">(Izvor: derStandard Bauschadesbericht)<\/a>. Ono \u0161to ovo \u010dini posebno podmuklim jest to \u0161to u mnogim slu\u010dajevima vlaga prodire u konstrukciju nezapa\u017eeno i postaje vidljiva tek mnogo kasnije.<\/p><p>Za projektante, izvo\u0111a\u010de radova, instalatere i vlasnike zgrada to zna\u010di da hidroizolacija nije samo sporedni detalj ve\u0107 sredi\u0161nja komponenta za\u0161tite zgrade.<\/p><p>Najosjetljivija podru\u010dja su ona gdje se susre\u0107u razli\u010diti gra\u0111evinski elementi i obrti &#8211; spojevi, prijelazi, a posebno prodori cijevi. Ta podru\u010dja \u010dine samo mali dio brtvene povr\u0161ine, ali uzrokuju ve\u0107inu \u0161tete i stoga i najve\u0107e tro\u0161kove popravka. Pa\u017eljivo, sustavno detaljno planiranje stoga je klju\u010dno kako bi se uop\u0107e sprije\u010dilo prodiranje vlage u konstrukciju.<\/p><h3><strong>Koje vrste o\u0161te\u0107enja nastaju i za\u0161to?<\/strong><\/h3><p>O\u0161te\u0107enja uzrokovana vlagom obi\u010dno se javljaju na dva na\u010dina. Jedan je akutni prodor vode, na primjer zbog poplave, povratnog toka, vode pod tlakom ili o\u0161te\u0107enja cijevi. Takva o\u0161te\u0107enja su odmah vidljiva i relativno ih je lako dijagnosticirati.<\/p><p>Daleko podmuklije je postupno prodiranje vlage. Kapilarna migracija vlage du\u017e cijevi, prodiranje vlage u podne konstrukcije, rast plijesni ili korozija \u010desto se razvijaju nezapa\u017eeno tijekom duljih vremenskih razdoblja i uzrokuju znatnu posljedi\u010dnu \u0161tetu.<\/p><p>Koliko je zgrada pogo\u0111ena uvelike ovisi o metodi gradnje. Drvo i lake konstrukcije su posebno osjetljive, opeka prenosi vodu kapilarnim djelovanjem, a armirani beton mo\u017ee biti o\u0161te\u0107en korozijom armature. \u010cak i vodonepropusni beton ostaje ranjiv, posebno na spojevima i prodorima.<\/p><p>Ako hidroizolacijski sustav zaka\u017ee, popravci su obi\u010dno opse\u017eni: gra\u0111evinske komponente moraju se otkriti, osu\u0161iti i obnoviti od strane nekoliko obrtnika. \u010cesto tro\u0161ak renovacije daleko prema\u0161uje tro\u0161ak pa\u017eljivog, ranog planiranja hidroizolacijskog sustava. Stoga je najbolja renovacija ona koja uop\u0107e nije potrebna.<\/p><h3><strong>Koje dijelove zgrade je potrebno zabrtviti?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Zgrada ima brojne potencijalne slabe to\u010dke kroz koje voda mo\u017ee prodrijeti: prijelaz izme\u0111u podne plo\u010de i zida, zidove podruma, temelje, horizontalne i vertikalne spojeve, terase, krovove i sve prodore, posebno one komunalnih cijevi poput onih za kanalizaciju, vodu, struju ili razne kablove. Svaka od ovih to\u010daka predstavlja potencijalnu ulaznu to\u010dku za vlagu ako se ne planira i ne izvodi prema standardima.<\/p><p>Dok se DIN18531 bavi hidroizolacijom krovova, a DIN18534 regulira hidroizolaciju unutarnjih prostora, DIN18533 je relevantan za gra\u0111evinske komponente u izravnom kontaktu s tlom. Ispravno odre\u0111ivanje slu\u010daja optere\u0107enja jedan je od najva\u017enijih koraka u planiranju hidroizolacije, jer odre\u0111uje koji su hidroizolacijski sustavi, debljine materijala i strukture slojeva potrebni.<\/p><p><strong>Slu\u010daj optere\u0107enja 1 \u2013 Vla\u017enost tla<\/strong><\/p><p>Vla\u017enost tla postoji kada je u tlu prisutna samo kapilarna vlaga i voda mo\u017ee procuriti bez nakupljanja. To zahtijeva dovoljno propusno tlo ili funkcionalan sustav odvodnje. U ovom scenariju, hidroizolacijski sustavi prvenstveno slu\u017ee kao barijera za vlagu. Dvoslojna bitumenska hidroizolacija ili prikladne plasti\u010dne membrane obi\u010dno su dovoljne. Zahtjevi za tla\u010dnu \u010dvrsto\u0107u relativno su niski; me\u0111utim, spojevi, temeljne plo\u010de i prodori cijevi moraju biti profesionalno izvedeni.<\/p><p><strong>Slu\u010daj optere\u0107enja 2 \u2013 Voda bez tlaka<\/strong><\/p><p>Do vode bez tlaka dolazi kada voda dosegne gra\u0111evinski element, ali se ne stvara hidrostatski tlak &#8211; na primjer u kohezivnim ili slabo propusnim tlima gdje ki\u0161nica mo\u017ee samo polako procuriti. Hidroizolacija mora biti robusna i sposobna pouzdano podnijeti optere\u0107enja vlagom koja se periodi\u010dno javljaju. To je slu\u010daj, na primjer, kada je najvi\u0161a mogu\u0107a razina podzemne vode manje od 50 cm ispod hidroizolacijskog sloja ili kada se procjedna voda koja se nakuplja u tlu ne mo\u017ee ocijediti. Mo\u017ee se podi\u0107i na Zemljinu povr\u0161inu kroz pore, pukotine i \u0161upljine. Radon je bezopasan za samu gra\u0111evinsku konstrukciju; me\u0111utim, mo\u017ee u\u0107i u zgrade kroz propu\u0161tanja poput pukotina, spojeva i prodora cijevi u dijelovima koji su u kontaktu s tlom i nakupljati se u zatvorenom prostoru. Plemeniti plin se raspada na radioaktivne produkte raspada koji se ve\u017eu za pra\u0161inu i o\u0161te\u0107uju plu\u0107a prilikom udisanja. Radon stoga predstavlja ozbiljan rizik za ljude i smatra se jednim od vode\u0107ih uzroka raka plu\u0107a nakon pu\u0161enja. Kako bi se za\u0161titili stanari, njegov ulazak mora se sprije\u010diti konvekcijskim brtvljenjem. Ovisno o koncentraciji radona, mogu biti potrebne dodatne mjere i posebni materijali za brtvljenje prema austrijskoj normi \u00d6NORM S 5280. \u010cak i najmanja curenja mogu biti dovoljna za prijenos radona u unutarnje prostore.<\/p><p>Radon se javlja neovisno o izlo\u017eenosti vodi i mo\u017ee prodrijeti u zgradu \u010dak i uz obi\u010dnu vla\u017enost tla. Stoga se rizik od radona i za\u0161tita od radona uvijek moraju procjenjivati \u200b\u200bodvojeno od izbora hidroizolacije. Va\u017eno je razumjeti da hidroizolacija ne \u0161titi automatski od radona, jer se primjenjuju dodatni zahtjevi.<\/p><h3><strong>Kriti\u010dne to\u010dke u hidroizolacijskom sloju<\/strong><\/h3><p>DIN18533 i austrijska norma \u00d6NORM B 3692 jasno pokazuju da se ve\u0107ina o\u0161te\u0107enja od vlage ne doga\u0111a na velikim zatvorenim povr\u0161inama, ve\u0107 u detaljima. Prijelazi izme\u0111u temeljne plo\u010de i zidova, kutovi, stepenice, uzdignuti dijelovi, a posebno prodori cijevi kriti\u010dna su podru\u010dja jer se ovdje susre\u0107u razli\u010diti materijali, pomaci i optere\u0107enja.<\/p><p>Najkriti\u010dnije to\u010dke u hidroizolacijskom sustavu su <strong>prodori cijevi<\/strong>, jer prekidaju hidroizolacijski sloj i istovremeno predstavljaju spoj izme\u0111u nekoliko obrta. Upravo se tu susre\u0107u betonirci, hidroizolateri i vodoinstalateri \u2013 \u010desto u razli\u010dito vrijeme, s razli\u010ditim tijekovima rada i detaljnim odgovornostima. Me\u0111utim, pomicanje cijevi, izlo\u017eenost vlazi i tla\u010dna optere\u0107enja moraju se pouzdano dugoro\u010dno podnijeti. Improvizirana rje\u0161enja \u010desto dovode do o\u0161te\u0107enja jer nisu dovoljno otporna na tlak niti hermeti\u010dki zatvorena. Stoga norma izri\u010dito nagla\u0161ava potrebu trajnog vodonepropusnog spoja s hidroizolacijom.<\/p><h3><strong>Prodori cijevi u pojedina\u010dnim slu\u010dajevima optere\u0107enja<\/strong><\/h3><p>Ovisno o slu\u010daju optere\u0107enja, zahtjevi za prodore cijevi znatno se razlikuju. Osnovna razlika je izme\u0111u horizontalnih prodora u vanjskim zidovima podruma i vertikalnih prodora kroz podnu plo\u010du.<\/p><h3><strong>1. Horizontalni prodori cijevi \u2013 vanjski zid podruma (\u201ecrna kada\u201c)<\/strong><\/h3><p>Horizontalno polo\u017eene cijevi poput kanalizacijskih, vodovodnih ili energetskih cijevi moraju biti sigurno integrirane u vanjsku hidroizolaciju.<\/p><p>Horizontalni prodori cijevi u zidovima u kontaktu s tlom predstavljaju visok rizik od prodiranja vode u zgradu kroz nedovoljno zabrtvljene spojeve. Njegova nepropusnost i kompatibilnost s drugim komponentama su zajam\u010dene.<\/p><p><strong>Voda pod tlakom:<\/strong><\/p><p>Iako je cijevna hidoizolacija HL800 uspje\u0161no testirana do 0,6 bara (\u2248 6 m vodenog stupca) i dokazala se u praksi, trenutno ne zadovoljava u potpunosti standarde proizvoda za primjenu s vodom pod tlakom, jer joj nedostaje, na primjer, standardna stezna prirubnica (konstrukcija metalne stezne prirubnice). Brtva za cijevi HL800 i dalje se mo\u017ee koristiti u takvim situacijama; me\u0111utim, kao i kod svih detalja brtvljenja, kod planiranja treba uzeti u obzir relevantne standardne zahtjeve kao i Me\u0111utim, ovaj pristup nije ni sustavan ni predvidljiv, jer se svaki detalj izra\u0111uje pojedina\u010dno na licu mjesta i uvelike ovisi o kvaliteti izrade. To stvara razmak izme\u0111u betona, hidroizolacije i cijevi, \u0161to predstavlja klasi\u010dan rizik od curenja i naknadne \u0161tete od vlage.<\/p><p>Cijevna hidroizolacija<strong> HL804H<\/strong> razvijena je posebno za ovu primjenu i kombinira TPE usnu brtvu s bitumenskom prirubnicom za siguran spoj.<\/p><p><strong>Vla\u017enost tla i voda bez pritiska:<br \/><\/strong>Cijevna hidroizolacija HL804H pokazala se kao preferirano rje\u0161enje za vlagu iz tla i vodu koja nije pod tlakom. Ovo je slu\u010daj optere\u0107enja koji se rijetko javlja kod vertikalnih prodora cijevi u podnim plo\u010dama, ali zahtijeva pa\u017eljivo, projektno specifi\u010dno planiranje kada je to potrebno.
